The coach offers impartial feedback in order to bring awareness to the solution process that is already existent in the coachee’s mind. It is crucial to start by defining the target and content of each session.
Executive coaching aims for advancement of management competences. Extensive and repeated sessions will build an atmosphere of trust between coach and coachee, creating situations for reflection of one’s behavior and providing tools for developing unique solutions.
